There are many types in cricket. There are test matches, list A, Twenty20, 100-ball and Twenty20 matches. Let's take a look at the different types of cricket and how they differ. Test matches are considered to be the pinnacle of the game, and may even be considered the most important.
100 ball cricket
100 ball cricket (or 100 ball cricket) is a new style of cricket. This format is meant to be more accessible and appeal to new players by simplifying the game. The England and Wales Cricket Board developed it as a city-based competition.

List A cricket
List A cricket can be described as a less-expensive form of cricket than Test cricket. List A games are shorter than Test cricket and can last for as long as eight hours. This style of cricket is also known by limited overs cricket.
Twenty20 cricket
Twenty20 cricket can be described as a short version of the traditional game. Originally introduced by the England and Wales Cricket Board in 2003, it features a limited overs format and single innings per team. Twenty20 cricket matches may last up to 20 runs.
Test cricket
Test cricket is a form of first-class cricket played at an international level. These matches feature teams representing full member countries of International Cricket Council. These matches last for up to five days and are contested over four innings.
Indoor cricket
Indoor cricket is a variant of the game of cricket. It shares many fundamental concepts with outdoor cricket. It is played between two teams with six or eight players.

Powerplays
Powerplays, in cricket, are periods when certain restrictions are applied to fielding. These periods are known as powerplays when limited overs cricket is played.
