Day/night cricket, also known by floodlit cricket, refers to a game of cricket that is played under floodlights at night. This format is becoming more popular among fans. Edgbaston

On Thursday, Edgbaston hosted the first day/night Test match in England. It was only the fifth international match. The pink ball was used and the match started at 14:00 BST and ended at 21:00 BST.
