Shane Bond, the Mumbai Indians’ bowling coach, is a former cricket player and an experienced coach. He is considered the best New Zealand fast bowler since Sir Richard Hadlee. Bond has coached both New Zealand and the Mumbai Indians. Bond believes teamwork is important and supports the development for all levels of players.
Shane Bond was the fastest international cricketer to reach 50 Test wickets, and 100 ODI innings. His record was second-best in the world. In May 2010, he retired from international cricket and was appointed as the New Zealand bowling coach in October 2012. He has been credited with improving the performance of Tim Southee, who is currently the bowling coach for the Mumbai Indians.
Devon Conway
Devon Conway, a South African batsman, is now eligible to join the New Zealand cricket team. Conway first qualified for the New Zealand national team in March 2020. His eligibility was confirmed by the International Cricket Council in August 2020. He is the youngest ever cricketer to be selected for the team.

Conway was born in Johannesburg, South Africa and raised there. Conway played in the lower levels of his country's domestic cricket during his childhood. After moving to Wellington, he played in the 2018-19 season and scored an unbeaten century. He was also the Super Smash's leading run-scorer and Plunkett Shield's best hitter. He is expected continue to show his remarkable form in the 2019-20 seasons.
